A signed contract, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee, and a completed questionnaire are required to confirm any session. If all three are not received before the scheduled shoot date, the session will be cancelled.
An additional charge of $0.80/km applies for travel beyond a 30 km radius. (I am located in Calgary.)
An additional fee of $50 per person or animal per session applies.
Please allow approximately 7 to 14 days after the photoshoot to access your images. Following your selection, depending on the number of chosen photos and current client volume, allow an additional 1 to 3 weeks to receive your final digital images.
The session fee must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled by the photographer in case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, I will advise you and reschedule the session for another date that suits you. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance may incur a fee.

Renavia Photography reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
Backing up and storing purchased digital photos is the client's full responsibility. The photographer is not responsible for lost photographs once they are sent to the client.
All session fees and digital photos provided are non-refundable once the session has taken place and photos have been delivered.
Pet owners are responsible for their pets’ behaviour during the session. The photographer is not responsible for controlling or managing your pet’s actions at the shoot location. Owners must ensure their pets are under control and safe at all times. The photographer is also not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to you or your pet at the session location.
Sessions are only considered final and confirmed once the signed contract, 50% retainer, and completed questionnaire have been received.
